This regional appendix supplements the general Terms and Conditions. It does not replace the general Terms. If mandatory consumer law grants a right that cannot be waived, that right prevails over an inconsistent contractual term.
1. Eligibility and customer location
This appendix is directly accessible by its stable English slug. The personalized link may use only the server-provided Cloudflare IP-country hint. That anonymous hint does not determine legal rights, is not persisted, and all location-dependent decisions require manual review.
Location status: GE is a server-provided anonymous IP-country hint only. It is not persisted and all location-dependent decisions require manual review.
2. Subscription and payment schedule
The introductory subscription period lasts 3 days. Unless cancelled before the period ends, the subscription renews monthly at the disclosed regional price.
€0.90 for 3 days, then €39.90 every 4 weeks until cancelled.
3. Refunds and cancellations
The initial successful trial payment starts the only 3-day refund request window. The clock starts once, at that trial payment. A later subscription or renewal payment does not open a new window, restart the clock, or extend the original deadline. If the trial payment is the only successful payment, it is refunded in full. If a full subscription payment falls inside the original trial-payment window, the latest full payment is refunded instead. The boundary is inclusive and remains separate from the 3-day subscription trial.
After that original trial-payment window closes, neither the trial payment nor a later subscription payment is automatically refundable. Mandatory-law, duplicate-charge, and verified technical-error claims are reviewed separately. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not itself create a retroactive refund.
4. Applicability and mandatory-law review
This contractual baseline is used when the anonymous IP-country hint does not map to another published appendix or when no valid hint is available. The hint is non-binding and is not persisted.
Nothing in the Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory law. Requests based on mandatory local law are reviewed individually.
5. Trial, renewal, and cancellation
The introductory subscription period lasts 3 days. Unless cancelled before it ends, the subscription renews monthly at the price disclosed at checkout.
Cancellation method: Cancel through the account controls or Stripe billing portal available from the dashboard. Contact support if those controls are unavailable.
Cancellation deadline: Cancel before the next renewal to stop that renewal. To avoid the first monthly renewal, cancel before the 3-day introductory period ends.
6. Initial and renewal refund treatment
Initial successful payment: The initial successful trial payment starts the only 3-day refund request window. The clock starts once, at that trial payment. If it is the only successful payment, it is the refund target. This standard contractual window is 3 days.
Renewal payments: Successive subscription or renewal payments never open a new refund window, restart the clock, or extend the original deadline. When a full subscription payment falls inside the original window started by the trial payment, the latest full payment is refunded instead of the trial payment. After that original window closes, neither the trial payment nor a later payment is automatically refundable; mandatory-law claims require manual review.
7. Digital performance and withdrawal
No country-specific digital-performance or withdrawal outcome is asserted. Any such request requires manual review using the transaction and country information available for that request.
8. Request evidence and processing
- Account email
- Payment date, amount, and currency
- Transaction ID or invoice number, when available
- Country information relevant to the request and a short explanation
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe, card networks, and banks control when the credit appears, so timing varies and can take several business days.
9. Dispute routes
Contact support for review and consult the competent public consumer authority for the relevant country. The United Nations source below is contextual and does not establish an individual dispute forum.
